This applies for any reason determined by our staff, if your presence creates a disruptive, hostile or unsafe environment for others.

Smoking is allowed in designated areas only.

Everyone at Waverly Hills VOLUNTEERS their time in order to be sure you enjoy yours while you're visiting. Please be respectful. Do NOT leave trash or other messes, assuming that someone will just clean it up. Throw your trash away in the proper receptacles and clean up after yourself.

Important Information For Guided Tours...

The "Guided Tours" are an introduction to Waverly Hills and you will be walking through the building with a knowledgeable tour guide. During a guided tour, you are not allowed to wander away from the tour guide or group. If you wish to explore the building in more detail, there are other tour / investigation options available. Please inquire about this when booking your reservation.

When you arrive, please follow all instructions given to you by the person checking you in at the gate. Failure to do so could result in you being asked to leave Waverly Hills.

Camcorders and other video recording equipment are not allowed during the Two-Hour Guided Tours.

No large spotlights, large powerful flashlights or head lamps will be permitted on the regular two hour guided tours. You may only use small pen lights or basic two cell flash lights.

A portion of your tour/investigation fee is applied toward your membership with The Waverly Hills Historical Society. We sincerely appreciate your support as we work to restore the building...
